Refund Policy
KENIT does not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind / item doesn’t match your theme
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preference / you simply don’t like it
- Delayed deliveries outside our control
We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing details before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
7-Day Exchange Guarantee
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date you receive your order.
Items are eligible for exchange IF they meet the following criteria:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags are attached.
- They have no stains, perfume, or alterations.
- You have provided your order confirmation or receipt.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the replacement item costs more than the original item, the price difference must be paid. No waive for items that costs less.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or promotional items
- Clearance items
- Items purchased using discount codes
- Accessories
- Customized or pre-order items
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us info@kenit.my within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified, we will proceed for an exchange to a new item.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be initiated.

KENIT reserves the right to decline exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact us at info@kenit.my with the subject line "Return: Order #(your order number)" and in the body please state the items you wanted to return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on as-if & sale items or gift cards.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping by reputable courier companies. This only applies to customers who reside in West Malaysia
We ship worldwide, with standard delivery fee applies. For local courier we are currently utilizing Pgeon and DHL e-commerce (subject to change without prior notice); while for international we are using DHL & Aramex International. All these services are subject to change from time to time.
Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours once payment is completed (except on weekend and public holiday).
Usual delivery time will take approximately 3 - 7 working days within South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei).
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Yes we do upon request. If you are located in Kuala Lumpur, we can arrange a rider to get the item delivered to you (at your own cost).
For outside of Kuala Lumpur, we provide the option for customers in Malaysia & Singapore to opt for express shipping. The parcel is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day by DHL Express, provided the order is confirmed by 3 PM on the date of purchase.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
